Paddles for W Fishing Kayaks

Regular kayak paddles are 7'-8' (210 cm - 240 cm) in length and do not offer optimal performance for an adult paddling a W Kayak. We found that a 9' (274 cm) long paddle offers most people good performance in all paddling positions. Paddlers over 6' (134 cm) may need a slightly longer paddle, especially for standup paddling, and we can deliver paddles up to 9' 8" long.

T-Grip Adapter Set
The W kayak is in fact a great canoe as well - This adapter set converts the Two Pieces Mohawk Double Blade Canoe paddle to 2 separate canoe paddles for traditional tandem canoeing or solo canoeing for paddlers who prefer using a single blade paddle over a double blade one.
This action is always reversible: You can convert the two separate canoe paddles back to one Double Blade paddle.

-If you're a kayaker you'd probably prefer your W kayak paddle feathered, and if you're a canoeist you're likely to use a single blade paddle anyhow...

"What's the difference between the Wavewalk PSP Paddle and the Mohawk Double Blade Canoe Paddle?"

-There are many differences in design, application, paddling style and performance but in a nutshell the PSP is a sturdy, high performance, multi-tasking paddle while the Mohawk is more of a basic paddle for casual use, or for canoeing if you use the T-Grip adapter.
